Privacy Policy

Launch note: the privacy text is prepared for the current website stack: Cloudflare Pages hosting and Google Apps Script, Sheets, Gmail and Calendar for forms and call bookings. Add the same full serviceable address used in the Imprint before public launch.

2. Hosting and website delivery

The website is intended to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical connection and security data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser/device information and security-related metadata to deliver and protect the website.

3. Forms and business inquiries

When you submit a brand, creator, contact or call-booking form, we process the information you enter so we can review the request, communicate with you, prepare a possible collaboration and, where requested, arrange a call. The legal basis is generally Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary for pre-contractual steps requested by you, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate business communication and administration where applicable.

4. Google services used for form processing

Form submissions are processed through Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets. Gmail may be used to send confirmation and notification emails. Google Calendar may be used to create and manage requested calls and, when selected, Google Meet links. Google therefore receives the data necessary to provide these services.

5. Data categories

Depending on the form, we may process your name, email address, company, country, campaign information, creator profile and social links, audience or performance information, message content, requested call date/time, call method and technical submission metadata.

6. Recipients and international processing

Data may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and business workflow, in particular Cloudflare and Google. These providers may process data outside Germany or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are handled under the providers’ applicable data-protection mechanisms and safeguards.

7. Retention

General inquiries, campaign inquiries and creator applications that do not lead to an ongoing relationship are normally reviewed for deletion after up to 12 months from the last meaningful communication. If a collaboration or contract is created, relevant records may be retained longer where necessary for the relationship or statutory retention obligations.

8. No advertising tracking by default

The current launch package does not include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers. If analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential cookies are added later, this policy and any required consent mechanism must be updated before activation.

9. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
